He just used the fact that he doesn't pay for his employees health insurance to prove a point that the bare minimum coverage "sucks" while at the same time advocating for cutting the funding for those same programs. "The bare minimum insurance barely covers anything, so lets put even less money into the program so that people get even less." He's a sociopathic meathead.
