I made something similar for tuning wooden balls on my homemade wood lathe, making a true sphere is possible by hand cutting, but you need a good eye to get it fairly close.

Как настраивать инструмент, если нужны шары разного диаметра? Двигать резец в зажиме? Как добиться калиброванной точности? На выпуклый глаз? На самом деле есть простое приспособление с копиром. Точится шайба такого же размера, как и требуемый шар и все...повтор 100%

Правильные вопросы задаете. Я, когда созрел до изготовления шароточки, тоже задавался ими. В итоге - получилась весьма неплохая конструкция, позволяющая точить довольно точные внутренние и наружные сферы. На канале есть видео о ней. Метод копирования тоже хорош в некоторых случаях.

Me podrías explicar como le das avance en profundidad de corte ? Sin mover el carro trasversal . De moverlo moverá en punto central de giro de dicho mecanismo. y ya no formaría una esfera completamente esférica. La única forma q le veo es de mover el inserto a mano hacia adentro en cada pasada .

Такую рамку, для обработки сферических поверхностей, монтируют на заднюю бабку. Приводится в движение не рукой, а поперечным суппортом станка. Т.е. возможность работы с постоянной поперечной подачей и изменением скорости подачи...

they making these for 75 years convex and concave they are carried in 3 different sizes and cut entire sphere or as close as you want before it flies off and hits you in the head i do thousands a week so i use a CNC now

Lep je rad, ali sadrži teoretsku grešku. Sadrži dva para sfernih površina čiji radiusi se razlikuju međusobno. Preciznost teoretski nije moguća na ovaj način. Kugla samo prividno ima sfernu površinu.

Hallo Wozu braucht man das??? Als richtiger Dreher kann man doch eine Kugel von Hand auskurbeln!!! Verstehe ich nicht, mein alter Dreher Meister konnte das sogar mit verbundenen Augen.

Anche se non considero il tempo che ci vuole per fare una sfera a mano, non posso di certo trascurare la precisione. A mano non si ottengono livelli di precisione centesimali come ho fatto vedere nel video. Comunque dato che hai un canale, puoi far vedere personalmente a tutti gli utenti una sfera fatta a mano libera, del resto sono sempre disponibile ad un confronto costruttivo!
