Its totally not worth that price.. not even close. I do wonder how sewage drains off and where it goes on a little island like that..

Thanks for your comment. Sewage and waste water goes back to the city system. The house is not on an island, but is surrounded on 3 sides by water.

The price is high, I agree. Interestingly enough, we have a 7 bedroom palace a few doors away roughly half that price offering much better value. Sellers feel the uniqueness of the property, surrounded on 3 sides by water gives it a premium. We also have another stone cottage surrounded by water on 3 sides at about a quarter of the price of this one. So yes, you can get more for your money. Including many villas at the €1~1.5m mark on the 1st line to the sea, but not on the water. Thanks for your comments. All opinions welcome.
