SAVORY SALISBURY STEAKS...
1 cup finely ground pecans
1 cup cold water
1 tbsp soy sauce or braggs liquid aminos
1 cup tofu crumbled
1/2 tsp onion pwd
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
Grind pecans and garlic in food processor. Combine all ingredients in bowl and let sit for 10 minutes to allow oats to soak the water. If too watery add more oats, and visa versa.
Form patties in a mason lid jar lid and brown on both sides. Place in casserole and cover with a gravy. I use Loma Linda Brown gravy 2 pkgs.
Heat until bubbly.
