Bandai's LEDs absolutely sucks XD, and they make them so expensive if it is sold outside the kit... Gonna say, out side of Mechanicore (who gives you a full set of LED system...) most model kits' LED units are just underwhelming. Kit itself is absolutely amazing tho.

Awesome build. Remember the overuse of Primary colors on these is for video reasons not aesthetic ones. The Red, Yellow, White and Blues can be done different and hold the same effect. Animators of all series use these colors to stand out in the films but in real life the colors (If any) would be Metallic and less "Bright". Think Goldish for the Yellow and a Titanium for the White. Great work on this kit and the lights just Knock it out of the park.

oe thank you for gooing in depth on how you did the LED's for this, it's on my if somehow i have enough spare cash lying around try and get list but i had heard the LED gimick was quite bad which is dissapointing as i've been looking for a RX-72 to build (ideally a pg...now just a PG Zaku 2 Unleashed) and this just has the nicest proportions/design out of all of them imo (i just don't like any of the MG options and there is some nice looking one's in the RG lineup but everything i have except for kshatriya is a MG so it'd just look odly tiny)

I'm curious why you chose to post-shade this one when I've usually seen you doing pre-shading. Is it because the PG is huge and this lets you skip the lining step or is it for a different effect? Very nice build regardless.

PG models and some MG models come with a basic LED setup to them. But this dude is going the extra mile and buying 3 party LEDs, has a link in description for where he buys them.
