You can't expect the youth to know their parents are not aware. When I was a teen we knew there certain places we could not go in the city where we lived. It sad that the system make an example out the black child and treats them as if they are adults. Korey story was just horrifically traumatizing even from a outsider's perspective. This man was a kid who merely wanted to support his friend and got caught up in the Devils mix. Seeing how small in stature he seems to be in real life also let's me know how much of an easy target he was made out to be by everyone; small, innocent, kid with a disability being wrongly convicted of a rape he knew nothing about.... he was truly shark bait. And when he asked his mother if she was ok and was there anything he could do to make her feel better even while being in his own personal hell showes his heart. Their conviction was vacated which means they need a new trial but there won't be a new trial because that would cause a riot. Women have a natural affinity for bad men. This is evolutionary due to women being taken by the conquering tribes while their men were killed. (Better to survive with the winners than die with the losers.)

G Buz there were the confession tapes which had the speculation of coercion. So if you take that out then what do you have? There was NO PHYSICAL DNA EVIDENCE. On the body or the crime scene. How are 30 boys supposedly gonna rape a woman or be accomplices then leave no trace especially as inexperienced in crime as they were? I have an open mind so I’m open to conversation and articles.
