But he's wrong this time. He wants the President to send the bill back to parliament however that prerogative sits only with the President.He applies his mind and takes a decision. (What I've mentioned is the Parliamentary process as per constitution. Once the president makes the decision it doesn't mean that everyone agrees with the bill but the constitution says the majority must agree...now the question is did the majority of MP's agree, yes or no...the answer is Yes they agreed therefore The General is correct that the only thing that these guys can do is to go to the court.Otherwise it's just a waste of time(there's no illegality here...well untill the court pronounces so)
