Hello NoiseFaktory! Did you receive documentary evidence about the replacement of the battery? Here in Mangalore, the service centre informed my friend of the replacement of his car's battery. The battery was having the issue of draining faster from 25% SOC. After several weeks, the issue resurfaced. The service centre again promised to replace the battery the second time. This time the service centre provided my friend with a document mentioning the battery identification details, and tracking details: tracking of shipment from Tata Motors to the service centre. My friend then realised that the first 'replacement' never happened!

It's really true bcz the two wheeler also coming with tata battery and having the same issue with battery which was draining fast.First time they had not provided any document but 2nd time they provide a refrence no which messaged me from tata..........I think there is some issues with tata Battery whether in two or four wheeler

TATA EV are consistent in battery changing 😂😂😂. Parents are always right. Mai bahut ro raha tha ki Tiago EV lunga lekin gharwale bilkul nahi maane. Mann maarke Altroz diesel liya. Lekin jo ye EV battery failure ka trend chalta hai on a consistent basis, I'm proud of my parents who saved me from these pathetic troubles.

On the video it's visible that the remote is triggering a lock/unlock command(red led light turning on automatically). Mostly should be a key issue(in the older video).

Tata service center fixes one issue and creates new. I gave my EV for body work at the same Garve showroom, they painted and fixed the fender, but in the service center only they damaged the fender on another side.

Battery issues are quite common in ev's. General public should stay away from these vehicles. Early adopters are facing more issues than benefits . When the technology is in nascent phase general consumer should wait little longer.

Same happen with me in May where off car get locked automatically leaving key n phone inside only... RSA came n open door and 2nd time CAR IS ON N car locked ... Hi Guys, I had a hv critical alert on my Tiago ev on 23rd November, had to toe my car to the service center(Garve service center Tathwde Pune). Today only I received a call from representative sayin that the car has a battery issue and needs to be replaced. I asked him the reson for failure of the battery but they didnt have the answer. They told me that the engineer will visit the SC and will check the battery for exact issue. And then the battery will be replaced. I asked him how much time it will take. For that as well they dont have any exact answer. They dont even have a loaner car to give. Can you please guide me on what I should do?

They are not going to give money. If they do ,then it might just be a single case. They kept my car twice for a period of over 20 days. Even after telling how much i need my car, they never even once mentioned any kind of compensation. 2nd time they gave me a tigor after so may days of requesting. Daily i had to fill petrol of 1000rs until i received my car. 1st i thought to take my car in metro city where they could resolve issue with better knowledge. After seeing your videos, i am assured that they all are same. Now i just pray to god everyday that my car runs, coz i dont know wat else to do 😅

The problem of aux drained completely and cluster flashing , door locked ,car dead appeared regularly. Now we return the car at showroom and demanded compensation. Kindly guide me 🙏 Now

Garve is a ripoff service centre, I would never recommend anyone to service from them.
