On the video it's visible that the remote is triggering a lock/unlock command(red led light turning on automatically). Mostly should be a key issue(in the older video).

Hello NoiseFaktory! Did you receive documentary evidence about the replacement of the battery? Here in Mangalore, the service centre informed my friend of the replacement of his car's battery. The battery was having the issue of draining faster from 25% SOC. After several weeks, the issue resurfaced. The service centre again promised to replace the battery the second time. This time the service centre provided my friend with a document mentioning the battery identification details, and tracking details: tracking of shipment from Tata Motors to the service centre. My friend then realised that the first 'replacement' never happened!

Hi Guys, I had a hv critical alert on my Tiago ev on 23rd November, had to toe my car to the service center(Garve service center Tathwde Pune). Today only I received a call from representative sayin that the car has a battery issue and needs to be replaced. I asked him the reson for failure of the battery but they didnt have the answer. They told me that the engineer will visit the SC and will check the battery for exact issue. And then the battery will be replaced. I asked him how much time it will take. For that as well they dont have any exact answer. They dont even have a loaner car to give. Can you please guide me on what I should do?

Tata service center fixes one issue and creates new. I gave my EV for body work at the same Garve showroom, they painted and fixed the fender, but in the service center only they damaged the fender on another side.

Also could you make a separate video on the HV critical alerts and Battery replacements and explain in detail how many of them faced such issue and whether it was resolved and whether it was certain batch or is it a design issue?Such a video might assure future buyers of any risks...

Battery issues are quite common in ev's. General public should stay away from these vehicles. Early adopters are facing more issues than benefits . When the technology is in nascent phase general consumer should wait little longer.

They are not going to give money. If they do ,then it might just be a single case. They kept my car twice for a period of over 20 days. Even after telling how much i need my car, they never even once mentioned any kind of compensation. 2nd time they gave me a tigor after so may days of requesting. Daily i had to fill petrol of 1000rs until i received my car. 1st i thought to take my car in metro city where they could resolve issue with better knowledge. After seeing your videos, i am assured that they all are same. Now i just pray to god everyday that my car runs, coz i dont know wat else to do 😅

@@NoiseFaktory it’s in service centre now. But now I have started loosing confidence in EV. My experience with their Road Side Assistance is pathetic (@nagpur). Their call center team took 50min to call back just to say that it will take 90min for towing vehicle (inside the Nagpur City).
