Advent calendars are a German invention from the 19th century - which is why many have 24 doors (we celebrate Christmas Eve in a big way, followed by Christmas Day). 25-door calendars are now also available (especially in English-speaking countries).

For anyone who was into it, the Build-A-Bear calendar is on sale, £28.50 instead of £38 currently! I would love it but I've already spent too much this month! Also my Boots HP advent calendar arrived yesterday, super excited to get into that next month! It's always nice when Rachel joins for videos :)

From someone that uses high end to drugstore products I have to say Goldbond foot cream is the best and I swear by it. Also when you’re using new make up it is such a great idea to play around with them right before you take a shower at night because then you can wash it all away especially when you’ve made a mess of things.

it's a beauty calendar! and i do like 25-day calendars when they're available, not sure if all the products are fully usable for everyone that could open it (like the setting powder being tinted) but it's a pretty nice one overall, especially when some of the days come with 2 items.

The Nuxe honey lip balm is my all-time favourite. I use it with the lip oil in the same range every night and they keep my lifts so soft! In winter, I slather it on my lips before leaving the house.
