@@goncalofreitas2094 well, many super grandmasters can force draws against anyone, but they play for the win which usually loses the game against carlsen, so I think what he is saying is that, if you play for the draw then it's not much of an accomplishment, but if you play for a win, then draw it is much more of an accomplishment

Hey agadmator, big fan here. I'd like to relay a personal experience here. I'm from India and I had the exact same position from 6:36 with white pieces in my school's chess tournament finals. And I played Bxh6. My opponent played Nxh6 and I followed with Ng5 with tempo on queen. I thought he'd play Qg6 but instead he played Qxa2(?!) and I finished with Qh7#. And it's a game I'm quite proud of. If you're reading this, I just want to say that I'm a huge fan of your work. Let me know if you like it.

After 35 min of analysis and 3,435,098k nodes searched with the latest SF, I have the following: +0.52 Bd2-g5 h6xg5 Nf3xg5 Qe6-c8 Rg4-f4 g7-g6 g2-g4 Nf5-e3 e5-e6 Qc8-c2 e6xf7+ Rf8xf7 Qd3xc2 Ne3xc2 Ng5xf7 Nc2xe1 Nf7xd8 Bb6xd8 Kg1-f1 Ne1-c2 Kf1-e2 Kg8-g7 Rf4-e4 Bd8-f6 a2-a3 Kg7-f7 Ke2-d3 Nc2-a1 g4-g5 Bf6-g7 b2-b4 Na1-b3 Re4-e1 a5-a4 Re1-d1 Bg7-e5 Kd3-c4 Kf7-e6 Kc4-b5 Ke6-d5 h3-h4 b7-b6 h4-h5 g6xh5 g5-g6 d4-d3 Rd1xd3+ Nb3-d4+ Kb5xb6 Kd5-c4 So, as you can see the engine is able to see the move at 6:35 . At TCEC, SF would be able to find it in around 1 min with their massive hardware. I'm using a laptop so it took me 35 min. This is quite the *achievement* by Adhiban that he saw a move that takes SF significant amount of time to find, but certainly not "Next Level AlphaZero Attacking Chess" (even if it's meant to be hyperbolic)

Fahim rather than wasting your time on such nonsense, it would have been better just to praise Adhiban and move forward. What did u gain by wasting your 35 mins which I don't think would be precious and writing this comment. Only hate and disrespect as people like you can't appreciate someone and just look at the downfalls of a person. So appreciate him and move forward. U don't need to prove a point as we both know by writing this comment u are not only showing u are an average chess player but also an average human being.

9:55 -- Black has other credible options aside from moving the knight. For example, after g4, he could leave it to its fate and go for counterplay with Bc7. This leads to a series of exchanges (each of which is the obvious best move) in order to eliminate White's mating attack: gxf5 Bxe5, fxg6 Bxf4, gxf7+ Rxf7, Nxf7 Kxf7 (eight captures in a row!), Qh7+ Kf8, Qe7+ Kg8, Re6 Rd6, Rxd6 Bxd6, Qxd6 Qc1+,. Kg2 Qxb2, Qd5+ Kg7, Qxa5 Qc3... Both players have their queens in a drawish position; White has an extra pawn, but Black's most-advanced is much closer to queening.

actually, only the variation where you sacrifice the knight is known as the fried liver attack. Your opponent doesn't have to play into the fried liver attack. you push the pawn to d5 and after white takes with pawn, you just move the knight that is attacked instead of recapturing the pawn.

I was thinking Ng5 instead of Bg5 because if knight is taken same idea of Bxg5 and Bf6 threat of Rxg7 kh8 rg6+ winning a queen if not captured then queen is attacked via knight only move Qd7 to keep.protecting knight and then e6 was my plan to just remove the knights defender and just a relentless attack from.there(ofcourse if fxe6 then Kxe6 winning material
