I could see Micronus being small on purpose, to facilitate Solus having enough budget to make her hammer properly huge. Also, when they do Amalgamous, I think he should be a big box of Weaponizer/Modulator/Junkion repaints to represent his ever shifting form.

Power of the Primes was when I got into Transformers, and this podcast. I am thrilled to be getting these mythic characters and the pretenders on their own 😅. But that being said- If Hasbro wants me to pour my minimum wage cheddar into these guys, im gonna hold off on Omega Prime. Tidal Wave is already so tempting anyway.

Power of the Primes, so I assume you are a decade younger than me. Be careful financially, I only started buying transformers again when the Siege stuff came out and I had been on a 5 year hiatus as I felt out adult life. These sound REALLY cool, TF Prime and all the associated lore was my thing, but I feel us younger fans should tread carefully. Try limiting yourself to a set yearly budget for transformers. Yeah, I’ve been collecting a few CW combiners over the last year. I was considering getting Devastator and Superion, but screw those. If the Menasors anything to go off of these will be great.

Not only will the combined modes look much better and have better articulation, but also the individual figures themselves. The CW figures were good for their time, but they will just not be able to compare with the new Studio Series '86 and Generations Prime figures.

Combiners are my favorite part of Transformers, and I actually got into Transformers around the time of combiner wars, so I never really got the chance to complete any. Of course, Menasor takes top priority for me since he is my favorite. Devastator is a close second, so I’m most likely going to be getting the studio series 86 constructicons. I’m also really excited for Bruticus

Venom can be retooled into Cicadacon from Beast Wars and give us a Tripredicus character. Just like how we got the Magnaboss version of Skywarp out of the Airazor mold.

On the note of micronus i am absolutely sure hes gonna be treated as an extension of the deluxe minibots. Cheaper than an average deluxe but more complex than a core. Seems like the most logical thing to do if they arent going full core

Hopefully they scale up and bulk out that JP93 figure if that's to be what Red Alert is based on. Stoked we are getting more Armada but that deluxe was certainly the weaker half of the first Jurassic Park collab; at least build quality wise.

Swindle is always must, IDW and Animated helped bring him into his own. I am down for collecting Primes and I hope it isn't like POTP. Wasp could be fun, Flatline finally I was wondering when Hasbro would finally make a figure out of this characte, they had been making figures on Tarn Skar, Rung, Javelin, Kaskad, Nova Prime and Senator Shockwave but finally Flatline. Skybite is a must for any RID fan loving all the attention that series is getting. Had Red Alert when I was a kid so it would be nice to see/get a new version of him.

Honestly, I don't really care about the made-up 13 primes stuff that came later. I just want modern articulation of G1 characters that are properly scaled, diaclone-level detailed, and transform as closely as possible to their original figures without fake parts and weirdly changed bits like Tracks's legs and Sideswipe's legs. And, of course, G2 repaints as appropriate, and Machine Wars and Beast Wars. I would like to see a redo of Mirage that transforms like his original figure did but with modern articulation. The Mirage mold we currently have just stinks with the fake parts.

First ..Yeah!! Crasher in wide distribution !!! Now for the Primes... I do hope for new cybertronian mold (no rider space please). I already predict that Solus mold will be retooled and reheaded as a Mystress of flames for a exclusif line. For the rest I keep my buying option open for the core class listing, 'cause if 2024 don't go better for customer and toy creator we could easily see that listing stretch into 16, 18 or event 24 months making some choice easier than other. But anyway let's celebrate for more Rescuebots.

I have no idea what those 13 Prines desigbs will be, supremely curious. Is that Swindle a Combiner or just an Animated homage? A Cybertron reference would be a very deep obscure cut. I love those. If they do Venom, then I hope they do Glowstrike too. Ladybug power! What about Core Class? Heard nothing beyond the BW Dinobot that was delayed.

I don't think all of these Prime designs are going to to be a uniform "ancient" look; for example, I'm confident that the Alpha Trion is going to be a recolor of Thundertron from 2024; the mold has those vibes, and would be a reference to thr TR Lion Alpha Trion.

I agree that I think Swindle is hinting at the Combaticons. Remember, one of the first Prime figures is coming in United this year, so I can see Hasbro deciding to tease what is coming next year with a figure in a wave before. With Heatwave I think its a matter how how BROAD he is. I think he'll be a short voyager but really broad. Just as I expect Boulder to be broad and a voyage rand Blades a deluxe.

Heatwave is a slightly taller (not by much) than Chase in rescue bot academy. The sizes vary slightly, but I’d honestly wanna see him slightly taller than Chase, but still smaller than Optimus Prime.

I thought Legacy was just gonna continue actually. This new brand literally will be doing what Legacy have been doing since it's inception, bringing together figures of different continuities all throughout the years of transformers. I guess the rebranding is intended for retailers who like to see "new" or refreshed things on their shelves
