Hey Dave if your doing a musical and there are 2 guitar parts and your the only guitarist in the crew, which part would you focus on playing

Entirely depends on the show. Need to look at both books and see how it’s orchestrated. Some shows it’s ok to just play one part.. others you really need to do some cut and pasting and combine the important parts from both books. Every show is totally different.

@@Animal22021 Shrek I’d focus with Guitar 1. Have both charts open in front of you and listen/follow along with the cast recording and see which bits are important.
