3:56 Just to clarify, the majority of the vehicles in 76's populated areas ARE in fact implied to be functional! There is a toolkit and gas can atop a speedboat at Treetops, the construction equipment at Crater is how they modified the landscape and righted the station, etc. Not to mention the Blue Ridge Truck camp prefab. And frankly, having even just the implication of working vehicles does so much for the setting.

@@deathringer1003 I have a feeling that they will be saving the Enclave for a future story campaign. There is a THEORY right now that Orlando in WhiteSprings is Enclave (I agree with that theory. I'll even take that theory farther and say that Orlando is the SAME person as Sgt. Orlando Garrett mentioned in the holotapes at Huntersville. Figure Orlando is around 19 years old at that time, is pretending to be a Sergeant for the purpose of replacing Sgt. Bianchi so the Enclave (who provides Orlando with the credentials to be a sergeant for this situation) and West-Tek can control what's happening in Huntersville. Fastforward 25 years later to present day Fallout 76 and Orlando is around 44 years old and is running the WhitesSprings resort and is still with the Enclave and is doing some hidden stuff at the WhiteSprings. I imagine Modus is unaware of Orlando... maybe? Is Orlando aware of Modus? Is Modus that mysterious "Mr. Otis" that Orlando mentions as being the WhiteSprings management who is really in charge? Also, if Enclave from the California Oil Rig make it over to Appalachia, some of them might accept the player as a legit Enclave General while some will not. So extra drama there. On top of that, since Thomas Eckert split the U.S presidency, then became the U.S president (which conflicts with the other U.S president over at the California oil rig since now that's TWO official U.S presidents) and Eckert and the others in the Appalachia Enclave branch are dead, and the player is the sole Enclave General of that Appalachia branch, on a technicality, due to chain of command, that gives the presidency over to the player... technically making the player the U.S president.... (would be nice if that presidential office in the Whitesprings bunker gets opened up to the player once Modus realizes this) which conflicts with the other U.S president at the California oil rig. I imagine some of the California Enclave will hate that (but there might be some that will like that if they hate the president over at the California Oil Rig), so lots of drama will come from all of that.

I am an obsessive and dedicated builder who uses all the sneaky tricks from all the YTs and some of my own. The biggest issue with prefabs is walls. Because of the camp building budget, I often end up using textures like wallpapers and windows to “fill” spaces while not adding to the budget. Prefabs walls cannot be altered, and therefore have to be filled with deco to avoid looking empty. This stresses the budget to a point that large prefabs are hardly ever in my builds, unless they are a core part of the aesthetic I’m looking for.

I haven't played in a long time but recently I have and did they change damage done by a lot of enemies? Like even with my PA I'm getting one shot by enemies that shouldn't be. Also noticed damage output of my weapons have dropped or enemies just have higher damage resistance.

on the subject of budget, one subset of items id love to see that would solve some serious budget concerns would be either some more pre-decorated tables and shelves (like the thanksgiving table and the secret stash shelf stash box, the one that is a shelving unit with s safe hiden in it) or some more ways to display items on surfaces (maybe a table mat, some plates or even an invisible mesh we can display suitable stuff in, like food on the plates)

I'd rather a larger camp budget than a weather changing device. I suspect that Bethesda are expecting the majority of players to use 'clear' weather rather than another type that would put increased load on the servers. A slightly larger camp budget would likely have less impact overall than rendering more weather systems in addition to the predominant weather for an area overall, unless as I suspect, that they anticipate players using weather that has less impact. I don't necessarily think that immersion will be helped by a sudden weather change when in the proximity of someone's camp.

you should definitely give it a shot :) it's a lil slow an confusing to start with but you'll get the hang of it in no time, players are generally so nice, some like to hunt down new players an give them starter kits with meds, ammo, crafting supplies an something even weapons/armor don't be affraid of jumping into random events that pop up, nobody cares about your level/gear just don't start the event yourself wait for someone else to do it we usually wait for more players and make sure you tag mobs with a couple shots an move on to the next one to get more exp/loot quickly! :D

I would kinda like a proper non-pipe Revolver rifle added to the game. For example, it could be more lightweight compared to regular rifles but has the ability to use both .45 ammo with a high rate of fire or 5.56 ammo that deals much higher damage compared to other weapons that use 55.6 at the cost of ammo capacity and a slower rate of fire.

One of the biggest problems with upgrading future CAMP items and never updating the previous ones to take up less budget is that it pushes the monetization of the game, something that is already a huge concern for players in the past and present, and will be as long as the game continues. I think it’s related to bugs that mess with how energy damage is dealt/reduced. Right now, for example, Mr Handy flamethrowers deal “energy fire” damage and pierce through most protection (even the fireproof perk).

I suspect that would require some significant changes to the internal logic of the game - right now, the common factor between the "not allowed in shelters" items seems to be that they have effects that occur over time - this makes me suspect that shelters are created when you enter them then cleaned up and deleted some time after you exit - so plants would stop growing when the shelter is not instantiated.

Thank u for your shared information and I enyoy it, but I don't really know. The game needs a major overhaul and new stories lines , which are interesting enough to keep older player on track. I just can't see a future for me as player returning every evening to the game. I can't stand it more to do the same stupid dailies until the new scoreboard its released. Starefield got so much attention but where is the focus on fallout 76. Where is the a new map, where is a good story of some fraction. They got so much money through players, where is the creation of new content. I don't know if I am really interested to go to Atlantic City on mission. Its nice to see new item in the atomic shop, its nice to do some some building, but this it not all. Don't get me wrong, but I feel the game is dying somewhat. I play as well Elder Scrolls Online and there is at least an update after a certain time and I enjoy playing it after 10 years of time. So many players are board of the same old map. In my humble opionion, its okay if they dont want to tweak the storage budget for no absurd reason. That is the stock game module to balace things out. Fallout 76 is an amazing Survival apocalyptic RPG game.They have intrewued most added pay to play features throught the scrap box and ammmuniton box. I think that is fine in my opinion as it is a cheap game, hell even on game pass (Maybe). In my humble opinion they should have added unique suited furniture/boxes to hold diffrent type of objects/items we can show of, more than just armour and hats. Some like me, love to pay for some skins, Some acivate plans. This way, it would stop the and fix the storage system.

New update is Dec 5th? Guess im reinstalling now. Deleted 76 to make room for Cyberpunk (i had the scoreboard finished already, so it was whatev) Edit: Gambling against other players could lead to some fun trading. Gambling your weapons and whatnot. Edit 2: Starting at level 20 would be nice, i usually make new characters for my custom worlds (i use them to knock out certain challenges), and skipping 20 levels would be super useful. Edit 3: Adding an actual proper donation box to whitesprings is something im surprised didnt come sooner. Edit 4: 3:22 this will be useful for challenges too, yippee Edit 5: Legendaries dropping loot based on their rank is either going to be great or really annoying. I dont have the foresight to see how that will effect me, but its a change that makes sense. Plus I wont be killing 3 stars to get 1 stars anymore. Edit 6: Damage balancing: Did they fix the robot damage since last time I played? For a minute there every mister handy was a risk because theyd kill you instantly with a flame thrower. Other than that bug, its actually kinda surprising to see enemies being nerfed. Edit 7: Oh lord, elemental damage is getting a buff? Cold Shoulder is going to be even more broken? Edit 8: 6:20 Ill be able to build my own HAARP in my camp? Hell yeah. (This is a half joke) Edit 9: I like the look of the scoreboard stuff, guess this is another scoreboard ill actually grind to finish Edit 10: Overall, looks fun. Looks like im going to have a lot to do. The expedition stuff looks cool to me, though I havent really delved super hard into expeditions yet anyway so my expectations werent super high.

I am not thrilled about the New Jersey devil design. It just looks like it’s straight out of doom. I wanted something way more closer to the original the sign giant flying chimera.

Three main quests is barely worthwhile. I would pay money for actual expansions that had the typical length of a Fallout DLC.
