Nextool Flagship Pro (Dark) Proper Value for Money

Owning several flagship MT from LM gerber and SOG, I find myself stick with this one mostly as my EDC. Never really in need for something as strong as the surge’s plier, the plier on this one can beat any other MT in combination of handling(with springer), toughness and precision. I’m doing leather work regularly and pulling a needle out of thick layers of leather is a great test for all 3 of those atributes

Sometimes you just don't need the most expensive option, particularly when there are affordable alternatives available.

It looks to be a very good multitool for the price (especially the scissors), thanks for the review! I own a Leatherman Signal (mainly for it's bushcraft potential) although recently the wire cutters failed on me and the bolt holding one of the cutting blades snapped in half leaving part of it permanently stuck inside the pliers. To their credit Leatherman sent me a replacement Signal free of charge, but it left me disappointed that it would happen with a so-called 'premium' product.

I have no doubt that leatherman is a quality product, but I feel it's a little bit more expensive than I personally am comfortable with (not that I've never gone a little overboard with some of my purchases), but I've always found that a little care can still give you good quality, even on a budget.

Nice tool It looks well built. I have a Leatherman Wingman in my camping gear. This unit looks like a step above in quality.

love the combinations. Would be a killing if they bring back the bit adapter from the first generation and maybe a decent file too. Willing to pay more if they do. looking forward for future generation of nextool flagships. These newer multitool companies are really driving the innovation nowadays.

These are probably my favourite multi tool, I only wish it had an awl, but it's a true no nonsense but useful design.

The scissors alone make it worth it, as the use can be for EMT tasks. The design makes it safe for cutting away anything close to the flesh.

A lot of nextool multi tools are available with a non locking knife, making them UK legal... I've just ordered a mini sailor from Ali Express for a huge discount as it was my first purchase... Ali express is a lot cheaper than amazon, regardless of discount.
