Hi Prof D Question. I’m just now learning that the LES pressure is lowered and this is why ppl experience acid reflux so I want to first thank you for that question. But my issue is with the answer citrus fruit. I’m noticing on other platforms and google is mentioning that citrus fruit would put you at risk for acid reflux (lowering the LES). Why in the world would they say that?? Please enlighten me I appreciate your channel
