Oh you immediately said "in the clouds" those who haven't followed the journey don't know that. "They know we're my head is" In the song "turn the music up" from the Mansion album and in "outcast" he says my head's (Ed 😉😅) in the clouds. From the song Turn the music up: "It's like my head's up in the clouds Head's up in the clouds And I ain't comin' down, no" From Outcast: "I'm high off the music, my head's in the clouds I kinda like it up here, I am not comin' down" NF ❤️ Great reaction ☺️ and it's ok to feel tired. Couple of cool facts for this video. In the very beginning, where you hear someone speaking in the background, if you reverse it and turn up the volume, it's Nate saying "head in the clouds". 😁 And Nate filmed the last part practical, like there were real cars and Nate was walking down the road and everything. He has a couple of behind the scenes videos on his Instagram about it. Is ok if you are tired, still a great reaction! This song is one of my favorites, so many good parts. The mix tape is awesome, another of my favorite tracks is "that's a joke". I'm so excited for possible new music from NF this month. 😋

Trev... did you notice the number on the burning house? Does the band 'Building 429' ring a bell? Based off the scripture ''Ephesians 4:29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.'' Nate bases his music off this message and may be friends with the guys in this band also... The other 429 connect could be.. I think we're going to see a lot more of this version of NF on his next album. He's in a different place in life now, happily married, a proud father, etc. The past albums were him dealing with and fighting those demons. But now hes like "I don't have to say it, they know where my head is!" A strong, positive mental state, this isn't about losing or giving in to what "others" want.

Theres a behind the scene clip available on youtube of the last scene, i think he had to shoot it like 10 times to get how he wanted it to be, even before the cars came you can see the tire trails on the roads which shows they had to retake the shots many times. The stunned drivers did a great job with this one.

I think Clouds song is part of the NF Journey because it does show us a picture of exactly what he says in Intro 1. "My heads in the clouds" he said in Outcast and I think other songs too. Plus all the Intros have no chorus, choirs, and epic beat drops and strings. The bars are about the way he drops in on the industry like a "meteor rock" uninvited (Why, Outcast) and causes disruption (Real) wherever he goes as he goes against the flow.

I call it the NCU (Nate Cinematic Universe). Shout out to Bruce Willis in "Unbreakable." Also, he had just mentioned codeine isn't in his cup, then goes outside and literally takes water out of the water truck in a cup and sloshes it to show us it's water. This is ironic because NF's music started a fire in the building (in the industry and in his fan base) and he is taking away the element to putting it out (water). There's no putting out his fire music in the industry, we're in too deep. Also, some rappers have historically sipped on "syrup", "drank", "purple drank", "slizur." This is a mixture of promethazine and codeine. Opiates that are basically in old school cough syrup to get you high. NF is pointing out that he doesn't give into stereotypical addiction (thanks to his mom and the God he serves) and simultaneously, that he doesn't fit into the typical mainstream rap music industry.

Me personally I feel like this music video is showing in some ways the NF journey as it involves each album drop, not necessarily symbolic of each album Maybe oh, but you see him hit the store shelves when he goes into the grocery store so when he kind of first gets into the store and start selling, people think he's kind of weird. Then he ends up dropping into the game he has gotten bigger, people still don't know how to handle him, even the critics come after him, the referee. therapy session album comes to mind, after which he pops into that house in the parents freak out trying to protect the kids again, along the lines of therapy session in some of the criticisms he had during that time going into perception. Then when he dropped the search he interrupted the rap game (pool game) again even taking somebody else's lunch I'm thinking Chance the Rapper was it him or somebody else?) not sure if you noticed him grabbing a sandwich from that guy. As he walks out the place is on fire, like he set the iindustry on fire. Next we see him in the clouds one last time before he plops down again making his own lane interrupting the whole industry, that he's here to stay and he's about to set up shop. Am I reading too much into it maybe but I like it lol
