Jaguars do know what they are doing. They are going offensive coach, Coen will be the HC and Saleh the DC. Jaguars have to interview Graham/Saleh in person to satisfy the Rooney RULE also Trent Baalke has been interested in Coen since joint practices last year

I think the Jaguars need to hire a coach that can motivate Trevor Lawrence. Trevor should be elite and he’s just not. But if the Jaguars can hire a guy that can light a fire under Trevor’s underperforming a-s it would go a long way towards getting back to being a playoff-caliber squad. Robert Saleh is a real motivator and a great defensive coach - the Jags need help there too I think - so maybe he’d be a good selection as head coach in Jacksonville.

Mike McCarthy would be great there. Could work with Trevor Lawrence pretty well. And he's worked well with subpar GM performance before, as both of his last two stops havent been the greatest with player personnel.
