For the people not getting why Austin Ekeler is considered the strongest RB it’s because they mean pound for pound, in other words he’s just strong for his size

Agree on supplements but I love the taste of eggs and eat them scrambled. The way I make eggs, a lot of people who think they don't like them would change their minds. Re supplements, they are totally unnecessary for the 99.9% of us who are not professional athletes. Also, most of them are complete shams. It is very easy to get enough protein from food. Except for some athletes, nearly everyone who takes supplements is wasting their money.

3 meals a day with no snacks or shakes? I imagine with how clean he's eating that with normal sized portions it would be a challenge to reach 2K calories a day. For a guy this athletic he easily needs like 3K calories to sustain himself. He'd have to eat an absolutely massive amount of chicken and rice to reach that caloric intake. This doesn't add up imo.

Despite raw eggs containing slightly more nutrients, the nutrients in cooked eggs are in fact easier for your body to digest and absorb. One study found that the body is able to absorb 90% of the protein found in cooked eggs compared to only 50% in raw eggs.

I’d imagine organic are slightly safer due to higher standards. Most importantly, make sure to wash the outside of the eggs with soap and water before cracking the raw egg into a drink. The majority of salmonella cases are caused from the outside of the egg being contaminated and the egg yolk/ white coming in contact with it.
