It's cool to see someone that doesn't tell you have to eat 6 meals a day to get ripped and strong. I usually don't eat until lunch myself. Morning is water, coffee and juices. I eat lunch, a protein shake before dinner myself then dinner and a snack and I've been gaining muscle no problem.

I've been a fan of Terry Crews for years now. The guy is smart, funny and has a ton of life experience, whether it be, in film, comedy, working out, etc. His diet is awesome. For me, I just tend to eat whatever tastes good.😁 TERRANCE OUT

This is a great way to eat not restrictive easy lifestyle for HIM!! Dont everybody go judging this because you eat the way you want to eat that helps you individually lose weight and keep it off. Not a Diet, but lifestyle of eating. Like vagans and carnivores. Begginers cant copy this if its their starting point because it may not work. But CICO (calories in calories out) is what he and mostly everyone does to get and stay in good shape.

It’s not fasting if you consume calories throughout the day like with the amino acids and coconut oil which there is tons of calories in. That's like saying "i dont eat pizza except for in the evening where i have a quick slice"

He said that he intermittent fasts, but when? It sounds like he eats all day. Also, take for granted I have very limited knowledge on the subject, I didn’t think you could eat a non ketonic meal each day and still stay in ketosis? Help me out here. Also, terry is quite likeable.

His times for each of these meals is a bit vague so it's hard to pinpoint, but water, "stardust" , and coffee with coconut oil will not take your body out of ketosis. You can actually achieve ketosis by fasting alone, and don't necessarily have to be on a keto diet to get there. The diet helps, but that is not the only way to produce ketones. So if we exclude the water and coffee breaks, his first meal time is a bit blurry. I'm guessing he's doing all of these meals within roughly an 8 to 10 hour window. That would leave him 16 to 14 for intermittent fasting daily. His dinner is around 8, so it wouldn't surprise me if he wrapped up desert around 10. 12p to 10p would be my wild guess at his feeding window.

His diet is 40% Keto and 60% Intermittent Fasting, it seems. I have been a similar thing I started about 2 months ago, I literally jog 5 miles a day or High-Intensity workout for 40 minutes or some type of sport for one-two hour now. I lost about 45 lbs. went from 245lbs to 195lbs. without struggle. But aside from him, I only cheat once every two weeks and I avoid carbs for that day until night time, after that night I go on one day fast, and I get back on Ketosis. This is the first diet I've done where I seem to be losing weight so fast, without any real struggle to maintain. I'm planning to start lifting weights after another 15 lbs. Trust me people if you try Keto for a week you will not regret it.

The thing is to intake the bulk of your calories in a certain window but you can still eat a little outside of that window. I suggest 80 percent in and 20 percent out or go all in

Make sure you have one meal with fiber or bulky vegetables. Ie. spinach, beans, etc. One problem with a intermittent fasting diet, or any diet, is you can forget to have crucial elements of a healthy life.

The biggest mistake people make is having protein shake during or just after workout. The body keeps burning carbs and glucose till 1-1.5 hours post heavy workout. So all the protein shake is becoming a glucose source than a muscle builder. Just have water after workout. No point of protein till 1.5 hours.
