I’ll do you one better, I worked at Wake Forest as a recruiting assistant before this draft and a Giants’ southeast area scout that stopped by thought he was by far the best quarterback in the draft and argued his point with a Lions scout (loved CJ Stroud) and Ravens scout (loved Bryce Young) 😂😂 like genuinely got pissed nobody agreed

Vrabel is the best coach out of the Bellichek coaching tree; its a bad tree. All his other proteges are hot garbage. Whatever players have as far as a coaching blind spot, it shows up the most for that guy. All his coaches try to act like terrible human beings and treat players terribly. McDaniels was LOATHED by his players. He thinks they are all stupid and it's all coaching. He lost his locker room on day one. Patricia was also hot garbage. Vrabel was a player under that system, but coached in a way that respected his players, a true player coach. No other Bellichek coaches could even remotely be called player coaches. They were dismissive, authoritarian, and disrespectful of a teams history and culture. And even if you go to a bad team from a good team, there's a way to do that in a respectful way and a way to do it badly. Also, watch how badly bellicheck does in college. Imagine that guy recruiting.

One more thing: Look at his record in Pro football without Tom Brady. The Browns, Jets, and Patriots. That will open your eyes. Edit to add a quick Google search. Bill's record as a head coach without Tom Brady is 83-104. It's remarkable that his average is a rock solid.433 before and after Tom Brady.
