Love having Derrik on show now. I felt like I was only other person who enjoys watching Linebackers. Great breakdowns and unlike most analysts it is clear he actually watches the games.

nice to finally get some recognition as a Steelers fan.. hate how often NFL coverage is provided to trendy teams. i’ve heard at least twice the coverage for the browns, bengals, and ravens and we top the division. so nice that my favorite show for nfl news and analysis recognized us.

Another reason why Huff's lack of production hasn't hurt the Eagles defense much is that Nolan Smith is providing starter-level play on run downs and still having a presence in the pass rush when the other team does drop back. Huff is pretty much gonna be a third down specialist for us, it seems.

I hope we're able to keep Fangio when Sirianni inevitably gets fired

The fact that Derrick said Trenton Simpson is playing really well for the Ravens reminds me he's a national analyst. Simpson has been a major liability. Orr plays alot of Dime in passing situations because Simpson is a mess. He's constantly out of position. Bites on play action way too much. Yet the Ravens aren't asking their LBs to fly downhill vs the run. Zone drops are all over the place. Nowhere near the blitzer Queen was. Doesn't play as physically as you'd think considering his size. I expected growing pains. He's very new to Inside LB. But he's not been good for the Ravens. He's just been given a simplified role and hasn't been a disaster.

As a Texans fan, it’s such a weird place to be. We love this team and still believe in their success but how TF do you watch how they operate with this talent and not think they are clowns. It’s week 10. The “it’s just growing pains” narrative is a cop out and organizational changes need to be made

them playing the Lions, who just got a pass rusher, at this point in the season when they’re injured & not looking well is borderline unfair

Couldn’t agree more man. In hindsight that first round pick we traded away would’ve been better spent on IOL or just anywhere on the Oline

The commandos have beaten zero teams with a winning record. Oh wait the cardinals! 😂 the love affair is hilarious.

I always love to hear all the excuses that people in the media for underestimating the Steelers. Arthur Smith had Top 10 offenses in Tennessee with Ryan Tannehill. Why are you surprised? Hackett should have never been a head coach.

The last 3 weeks of Fields' starts all the people who do the weekly QB assessments made mention of the following: 1) Smith reduced the # of snaps Pickens was on. 2) When he _was sent_ on long routes he wasn't targeted & he was dragging his feet. As if he _knew_ he wasn't gonna be targeted. Since this has ceases as soon as Russ started & Pickens *wasn't* targeted on long routes after week 4 for sure, it seems likely that Smith made it clear *to everyone **_that_** he was not to be targeted.* Why? Why did Smith limit the offense under Fields? & while these guys did mention he also barely used the advantage of the designed QB rushes, weeks 2-3 Fields was putting up highlight-reel passes no one else has out-done yet, all of them long. & Smith *actively **_removed those_* from the offense. Again: why? It seems like the better Fields did, the more he took plays out of games. & making it so Pickens _knew_ he wouldn't be targeted No Matter What undermined his own offense. Why does he do these things? As a play- _caller_ Smith might be okay. But even when he had Henry he had another RB that shared the workload. When he _ONLY had_ one QB & élite WR he only gave them the plays. But it seems like whenever he thinks he has two he has to have His Favorite & skew the play-calling accordingly. What would this mean if Fields &/or Russ are still on the team together & Fields is the better option? He's already showing favoritism.
