I'm not a Vikings fan, but I was devastated when they lost. I wanted a Vikings-Broncos Super Bowl badly! Those where two of the best teams I had ever seen and that would of been the best Super Bowl matchup ever! I have no idea who would of won. When the Vikings lost that day, the NFL did too. Oh what could of been.
@deanladue31513 жыл бұрын
That would mark two times that the Vikings and Broncos should have played each other in the Super Bowl. If you go back to January 1988, Viking RB Darrin Nelson drops a pass at the goal line against Washington in the final minute. The AFC opponent in the Super Bowl would have been the Broncos, who barely squeaked by Cleveland.

Mike Youngblood I totally agree! That game was lost just b4 the half. I know the Vikings missed a FG late in the 4th but they allowed the Falcons 2stay in the game when they had control of the game up 2that point. That's Brian billicks 4U. He's very arrogant when it comes 2making the right call at the right time. He coached my RAVENS. That RAVENS team should've had the opportunity 2repeat as champions. He brought Elvis Grbac in & it wasn't a good fit & who could 4get Kyle Boller. Personally I believe Billick played a part in ruining Boller career. Boller should've been groomed b4 being a starter in the NFL he wasn't ready. Billick is a great motivator w/out? The finally was tired of his act. He was touted as a offensive GURU please. The late 90's their weren't any talented young QBs in the NFL. Elway, Kelly, Kosar,Montana, Young ended that era

@RFantasyFB86754 жыл бұрын
I believe Cousins was the 6th ranked QB last season. Also I believe Kirk is 0-3 on mnf with the Vikes and 0-6 with the skins. Also Kirk was 1-6-1 against winning teams in 2018 losing to the Bears x2, Seahawks, Rams, Patriots, and Saints. Those teams had a combined record of 71-25 for the whole season. All of those teams made it to the playoffs and 2 of those teams made it to the Superbowl. So basically the Vikes lost to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd best teams in the league, and also the Bears and Seahawks who were really good teams. So yes Kirk and the Vikes had a losing record against winning teams, but they were really good teams. And the Vikes were the underdogs in most of those games. In 2019 Kirk was 2-5 against winning teams losing to the Packers x2, Seahawks, Bears (early in the year when they were 2-1, 3-1 after beating Vikes), and guess what the Chiefs. The Chiefs did have their backup in, but still they have a very talented team. The Vikes were once again underdogs in most of these games. Also these teams had a combined record of 57-23 at the end of the year. So the Vikes lost to the SB Champs, the 3rd best team in the Packers, the Seahawks who lost to the Packers by 5 points, and the Bears early in the season. So yes Kirk is 3-11-1 against winning teams, but all of those teams were very good teams with very talented rosters. Say what you want but the Vikes have basically been losing to really good teams the past couple of years. So don't blame Kirk, blame the whole team. Look at Garoppolo, he wasn't that great but his team still made the SB. It's a team sport, can't always blame the QB.
