Boise State beat the worst Oklahoma team of the 2000s. If I remember correctly Rhett Bomar and one of the TEs got thrown off the team before the season for receiving illegal benefits through a car dealership, so OU had an unqualified scrambling QB leading their offense. Let's not act like Boise beat the '00, '03, or '08 Sooners. The teams that played for the national championship would have blown Boise State out.

Man, I miss the days when my buddies and I would get together on Friday nights and play NFL 2k5 in 4 player mode online vs other 4 players. We were the Ravens Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Deion Sanders, Kelly Gregg Ect… people online mostly picked the Falcons for Vick’s speed which was insane or the Eagles for McNabb and TO. Only Ray Lewis could sprint sideline to sideline to catch Vick. The game play was crisp and the graphics and the half time show was amazing for its time. The buttons were simple. This brings back good times. NFL 2k5 belongs in the video game Hall of Fame.

Charles Woodson’s one of the greatest football players of all time. Top 10 imo across the board

Hall Of Famer Charles Woodson was the real deal won the Heisman Trophy at Michigan in 1997 but he was the 1st Round 4th overall pick in the 1998 NFL Draft by the Oakland Raiders back then he went to 2 Super Bowl's but he won it all in the 2010 season with the Packers but he's living very well of his great life but he's the only Defensive Player in NCAA History to with the Heisman Trophy so that was awesome as well! 1:55

But did you know he graduated from Fremont Ross highschool and it was a stab in the back to Ohio state when he went on to Michigan and it was amazing to see him be hall of fame

So, in general, if the cover athlete was a QB, then they had bad NFL careers, while any other position had solid to good careers. Carson Palmer and Matt Ryan being the obvious exceptions, but it's just interesting to see how hard it is to be a good QB in the nfl

It’s funny that EA would release a game with the cover athlete actually not being on the game. It’s like they were a year behind on choosing the cover athlete.

Watching Jared and that team take down AP and the Sooners was the best year. Never been so proud of my Broncos. I wish we had a better team around Kellen Moore because I bet they would have contended for the title.
