I’m a Broncos fan, so I was disappointed in this game. The ending felt scripted for sure. Happy for raven fans, but if u look at the power outage of the Super Bowl and how upset the other Harbaugh brother was. It makes u wonder. Seemed like a story book ending for the two best raven players. Not hating, cuz I have much respect for reed and Lewis. Ravens were the only east team that can compete with Pittsburgh and NE every time they played. They also beat the Broncos more times than not.

Yup, and the iron balls it took to make that bold throw, rushed into double coverage but knowing it was completion or bust.

ehhh NE beat them handily that year. Pats had injury problems in 2011, 2012, and 2013

Great and the broncos smoked you guys in the Season opener next year and wona title two years later.. not to mention the ravens had the leagues #1 pass catcher in jacoby Jones that year and the leagues #1 defense.. I already knew who was winning that year even before the season started.. I can’t complain about seeing New England cheatriots getting their butts handed to them in foxborough.. that’s always a treat
@Chibekoe Жыл бұрын
They beat us the following year because half the team retired / went elsewhere. Ray, Ed, Anquan, then Pitta and Jacoby got injured. The list goes on.

I remember this playoff run by the Ravens. With Ray Lewis retiring and their team being underdogs, I rooted for them. I remember watching this game when I was 9 years old. Great game. I actually wanted a Harbaugh bowl, I predicted it, and enjoyed watching it. One of the best playoff runs I've ever seen

@josephruiz72333 жыл бұрын
"January Joe".....lol. GTFOH with that 🤣🤣🤣. It was "Jump-Ball Pass Interference Joe" or just "Jump-Ball Joe" 🤣🤣🤣. Flacco sucked ass big time. Once Defenses figured out how Flacco "gamed" the Pass Interference Rules, they adjusted. Garbage QB from 2013 onward.

Top 10 playoff game ever (non SB) - It was cool that Peyton reunited with Stokley and Tamme in Denver! And Stokley, who once had a 1000 yard season as Peyton’s #3 receiver in Indy, got himself a TD in this game!

One of the best games ever, but I’m also blown away watching this in 2024 at just how many significant players in NFL history are on the field: Peyton Manning, Demaryius Thomas, Von Miller, Champ Bailey, Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, Terrell Suggs, Joe Flacco, Anquan Bolden, Marshall Yanda, Haloti Ngati, Elvis Dumervil….wow. That’s four current Hall of Famers (Manning, Bailey, Reed, Lewis), and I think that Miller, Suggs, Yanda, and Tucker will all eventually be inducted. Dumervil is right on the fringe. Plus John Harbaugh and John Fox standing on either sideline. Just an insane collection of talent and history in one place.

Even if Flacco isn’t elite. He never had to be. He just had to have a better than average season. 3000 yards with 24 td. Cuz ravens always have had a defense that can win games. And then come playoff time January joe shows up. Always will love ya brother. Good luck in Denver
