Here early lol. Wanted to let you know left a comment on ep3 about offseason focus conversations with players, you can do so much with it. You can have then focus on upgrading specific stats, add specific xfactors, adjust shot/pass frequency, and even raise the adaptability bar (allows you to have them change position). Definitely a great addition this year. Also, the coach conversation at the beginning of each season, set a pre season focus. Itll boost stats for your whole team. Hope that helps!

to trade a player who has NMC or NTC, dont go from the trade screen talk to them and see if they will give you some teams instead of a full waive. They are more likely and I like that as it makes you actually look at it and not just rely on the game giving you the right thing, some people may not like that they have to go to another screen but makes it feel more of an important convo rather then yo waive your trade.

Should have just traded then signed the d man from the get go. Ive never use offer sheet for that purpose, its great on 1 year deals once you have term it messes the whole thing up. Player value without a contract is so much lower. I bet you could have made a trade with the picks you intended to use plus a prospect that was expendable
