Right? I mean the puck clearly bounced in a weird way right as he was about to shoot. I'd say the guy who threw the puck was much more of a dumb play, its just the consequences of the moment that make people think that the dallas play was a brainfart.
@devackroyd4 жыл бұрын
@@woobiedoobieify Theres a pretty famous joke that if the Oilers didn't get a point in this game they would have gotten Patrick Kane. Because they were one point off of last place I believe, they did end up losing to the Stars in a shootout that game I believe. Also, Ray Ferraro (the commentator) has every right as a colour guy to shame him, that is ludicrous even in an outdoor pick up game let alone in the NHL.

@@guyfaux900 im not defending bergevin, it was still very dumb, but what actually happened is he wasnt even aiming close to the net, he was aiming at the boards behind the net. thing is, you dont do that because hockey gloves arent exactly known for their throw-enhancing properties. so what was bound to happen happened, it stayed in his glove longer than he planned to, sending it right into the net WHICH IS WHY, you do not throw the puck when you are close to the net, especially not in the net's direction. but at least he was trying to make a pass to himself via the back boards, which would be allowed if it worked
