I remember meeting Killer he was watching his nephew play in Oshawa Canada. I was refereeing a game where had to toss the coach. At the end of the game his wife tries to fight me. Doug stepped in and calmed the situation down. After he signed my referee book. Great guy, awesome player. So much determination and heart.

I would blame Smith for that 4-1 melt down. Two of those goals were saveable shots. Especially the one that beat him low glove side. Again the biggest Smith fan this year but he didn't have it in him. Hellebuyk was lights out. They played the way every team played against the oilers if they want to win. They played hard, aggressive style hockey. When you do that you force those turnovers, and mistakes. Key word mistakes! Need to get bigger, more depth up front. A starting GOALIE! We should be good with defenseman for a couple more years

Bye the time they are posted one or two games or the series is in the books and you guys sound ridiculous speculating on a series that is over.
