I just love listening to Kelly. I swear he sounds so much like his old man. The expressions, the lingo, almost exact. Hard to tell but after listening to his dad for so many years I believe senior had just a slightly higher pitch voice. But it is close.

I hope this is a turning point. We are all pissed about Chief getting fired and the players playing lazy hockey. Kyrou looks like he has a pep in his step. Kevin Hayes continues being the dark horse of this team.

I think Kyrou learned his lesson. Good on him for responding. Not a blues fan but the boos were exactly what he needed, it made wake up and I’m glad.

Stl hockey fans are by an large a blue collar group. They value hard work and dedication. You don’t have to be exceptional, but if you try your best, they’re loyal to you forever. Kyrou’s got high end talent when he actually tries - and tonight that’s exactly what he did. He keeps it up and he’ll become an stl favorite on the same level as Perron and Tkachuk

Where have you been? Not trying to be mean but its been like this for years now. Ties are boring. 3 on 3 might not be the best solution but its better than skating around for 5 minutes just to tie.

What makes it a 3 on 3 is that 20 years ago when they were trying to grow the league they realized that ties were underwhelming entertainment for fans of both teams, and had to figure out how to get the game to end in a decision at some point. The 3 on 3 opens up enough ice that 70% to 80% of games in a 5 minute overtime, before they resort to the shoot out.
