Shit sucks I twisted my ankle once in a shits and giggles practice to get middle schoolers used to high school rules and having more strategic play when I was a senior. Just fuckin around with the goalie and he tripped me and I sat on my foot facing backwards somehow.

4:31 Simek's injury was very similar to what happened to me in my 2nd year of playing league hockey. Tried to out-muscle a bigger guy who fell down, putting all that weight on my leg / ankle. I was fine after 6 weeks, but that shit definitely hurts! >_
