Sorry , no salary change for MSc nurse who works in NZ .Only a MSc nurse will get high pay, if became a Clinical Nurse specialist or ACN . But if you go to Australia, MSc nurse will get a Step 8 pay .

Australia, NZ, GERMANY, UK, USA, Canada etc is better than Gulf countries. People will get permanent citizenship. Good future. But ZEALAND very cold. I am living in USA. All the Nurses should migrate to other countries. IT professionals should also migrate. Salary is different in different countries. Nurses Salary is very good. But do not convert money into Indian rupees. Kerala government makes new rules to control migration.

Never degrade gulf country... If you are able and independent enough and have enough ,can have a better settled life in Gulf and on top of that, Keralites should accept the fact that most of the middle class nurses family is rich now in Kerala is only because of Gulf countries..
