我剛剛終於起而行,完全照著您的份量,只是我住在鄉下,葉子不容易得到,我朋友告訴我她用parchment paper 替代,我也試著用,很成功,只是沒有了竹葉子的香味,但是因為整個年糕太好吃了,尤其是花生碎粒的口感,少了葉子香味仍然感覺很完美,我和老公站著試吃就吃了一大半了,他說歡迎我以後隨時再做來吃,感謝你的教學。
