My issue turns to be the supply line. Thanks GOD, it was not a plumbing issue since it was just the supply line itself. I put CLR liquid inside it. I also used a tooth brush and CLR to clean both the supply line connection and that of the water tank (where both connect). Prior to that. I had watch other videos where I learned how to clean stuffs inside, but with no result. After unblocking the hose with CLR, the water tank is now filling in with water. This video helped me used my common sense to fix my issue. Thanks.

This video was extremely helpful to troubleshoot my slowly leaking toilet. I could not figure out how to remove the flush valve to check the seal (which was warped) and I had a bad seal. Home Depot sells the Fluidmaster replacement seal for $2.99.

Fluidmaster replacement silicone valve seal from Home Depot (over $5 for set of two) did NOT work for my slow leak. Free replaement from Niagara cust. service seemed a bit larger to cover holes better and was thicker and worked perfectly.

After flushing, the bowl water level would slowly drop until it was really, really low. I just pulled out the fill valve (counter-clockwise as *said* in the video), cleaned it up a little (rust film all over it), and reinstalled it. Working just fine now.

I have these toilets in my house, they were here when I moved in. Everyone who takes a #2 has to flush approximately 4 times. It’s been like this for years. I had no idea I could change the setting. I hope this works.

At the 4:01 mark on the video he says to turn it "counter-clockwise". On what planet is turning something to the RIGHT called "counter-clockwise". If the toilet is installed and you are facing it the tank....you would turn the flush valve "clock-wise" a quarter turn to remove it.

on the video, he had turned it clockwise, but when actually taking out the flush valve in real life, one must turn it counterclockwise. The person likely pre-loosening the flush valve in order to remove it, but this step was not shown on the video or may have been edited out. in my experience....To remove flush valve, turn counter clockwise several times and lift it upwards on each turn until it lifts easily.

I know this comment is old, but mine had a bunch of buildup under it and it was slowly leaking all night, no matter what I did. Pulled the gasket out and lo and behold, I solved my issue with a few seconds under the tap and scrubbing with my thumb. I hate these stupid toilets
