It's just a fanmade. Like E100#^#100 for 100, s(10,10{1,2}2) for 10, 200![1,1,1,2] for 200, and 69((1)) for 69. 69 also works as a milestone in some NIBN numbers For example: 10((0)) is not a milestone 100((0)) is not a milestone 69((0)) is a milestone It's like in Hyper-E Notation: E100###10 is not a milestone E100###69 is not a milestone E100###100 is a milestone
