My stock Tilly 212 does 52mph with 30 series and 50 tooth sprocket on a warrior 200 and I'm almost 200 lbs. Your bike should be much faster

Vent your gas cap bro and run a small fuel pump you'll love it

gas cap is actually vented ! and since i’m gravity fed there’s no need for a fuel pump!

Hey man great video, what’s the difference on the 22MM and the 24MM for these carbs? Is there a performance difference on the two?

more mm = more air = more power. rule of thumb with the carb size on the honda clones is 3mm smaller than the intake valve. the hemi intake valves are 27mm so the biggest carb you would want to run would be a 24mm. you run too big of a carb, you won’t make any more power and it won’t run right at idle and low speed.

Love your bike dude and it’s quick azz I’ve ran 50 mph give or take on the same bike as yours but predator 212 with everything stock besides a pipe, vm22 Makuni and 22 lb valve springs off gps, however it didn’t take long to blow that motor up tho I liked going fast 😂

Sounds a little rich still, but cool deal. New carbs usually need some tweaking on, I am sure you'll get it. Got my new toy together :O. 12lbs reliable sources have mentioned before. But who really knows for sure.

yeah ended up fouling a plug out the other day on a ride. definitely could drop a main jet size then i think ill be in the ball park. and if they are 12 lb springs i’m surprised im hitting 6500 rpm haha

Bah plugs are cheap and you have it on video with that mean idle.😂 Going to fire my 224(Ducar not predator)ul for the first time later on. I am scared sh****ss for some reason. I hope I was right with all the parts and it doesn't blow up ROFL😂🤣😅🤣😂 Still need to get my intake cut shorter for my Mikuni.
