The only physique in my opinion with no weaknesses. Perfect size, shape, lines, symmetry and condition. Definitely the best body builder never to win the Olympia. Props for also gaining that much mass and not ending up with the bubble gut that so many other body builder then and now have. Flex didn’t have Ronnie’s size or Dorians crazy grainy conditioning but you can’t deny he had what most people would agree with the most wanted physique. What I mean is if you were to hand pick what you wanted to look like you would choose Flex over just about everyone else . At least I know I would. Dude was the best.

oh come on Anthony, you know that's not true. He didn't have perfect conditioning, far from it. It's what prevented him from winning many times during his career. Soft glutes,. soft hamstrings. Uneven conditioning. Oil in the arms, oil in the delts. Narrow clavicles and narrow chest (like Phil). No lats whatsoever which lost him both the lat spreads. Flex, along with Levrone and Dillet, is one of the most impressive bodybuilders TO LOOK AT and admire how a human being can look like that. But with bodybuilding criteria and judging standards of the 90s or even TODAY, Flex did not deserve to win any of the Olympias he participated in. He was one of the unluckiest people because after 1999 Ronnie fell off the wagon and started getting sloppier. So sloppy that even a downsized half legged Levrone almost beat him in 2000 and 2002. Had Flex not been in the hospital getting the kidney transplant and still competed, his '98 or '99 physique definitely would've dethroned Ronnie. Now let's go back to 1993 when Flex placed 2nd to a perfect Dorian Yates that shocked the world with mass and conditioning. Dorian literally had 25-30 pounds on Flex with the same conditioning if not even better conditioning. He destroyed Flex in the majority of the poses hence why he won.
