I worked in a gym settings as a trainer before social media and I have seen people come in at 52+ and something they get a tunnel vision within a year I see huge transformations so you definitely can do it. As we speak I personally know a 70 years his body is crazy on top of that jogs from Manhattan to Jamaica Queens NY and rides his bike from Queens to Brooklyn and back. Matthew it's in your hand baby you got this push till your body says stop.

Thank you for the recent Dexter videos. He should be the example for bodybuilders everywhere. He has symmetry, conditioning and density. He's, as far as I know, never had to try to keep his stomach under control. So what he lacks in size he makes up for in every other aspect.
