It's a "dog cam". Most of the time you can see a dog sleeping there. I guess viewers kept asking to see grubby's dog so he put camera feed of it's lair in the stream.

Sometimes you make a guide, especially if it's for beginners, you go from basic stuff to wayy too advanced stuff quickly in the video (often when you meet your opponent); I'm not sure which account you're playing on during guide videos, but maybe consider playing on Melon, to lower the bar a bit and make it easier to follow?
