Impossible to find those openings on youtube anymore 😔 While I do agree on the nostalgia factor, I feel like theres also just more uniqueness with some of the songs that have prevailed to this day. Theres never been a shortage of similar sounding songs and even now there are some fantastically unique opening. Despite this, I can't help but feel as though theres even more songs which blend into one another either through popular song styles, similar voices, similar vibes, etc.

in my opinion, the anime blue exorcist is worth a try. unfortunately the studio did a little shit and decided to make a filler arc in the second half of season 1, which confused quite a lot of people. but it is still lookable. the manga is a masterpiece in my opinion. it is my top 2.

I just realized something when Nick said about running faster on treadmill when HOTD opening starts. The reason why anime OPs prob are kinda special and makes you feel things is because you know there's stories behind this openings, listening to them makes you remember certain scenes in the anime and feels different kinds of emotions rather than let's say listen to a random rapper/singer which makes you just remember the artist's face or the music video.
