Think of sugar as broken glass circulating through your blood and in order to avoid getting hit by the glass you must have a certain sugar level. If sugar level are too high that broken glass will start colliding with every thing on its path ie. Organs and nerves causing damages that eventually destroys them. If the the blood levels are too low you go into coma. High or low your dead you have too keep it in that just right level. Oh sugar your a necessary evil. That's a condense summary of diabetes take care of you self.
