Feels like getting everyone up to level 60 using rare candies will cheapen the last 60 hours of gameplay. The threat of suddenly losing someone cuz the team loses focus is gone . If the Crew wants to do it for time constraints that would make sense, or if they want to stream something else if they’re getting bored of it. Regardless, the streams continue to be top tier 👏🏻

No rare candies and don't ever go north

Guys you only need 3 great Pokémons at the elite 4. Gengar Zapdos and Water/Ice pokemon.. they need to be level 55 and above.. that’s it you don’t need to grind 6 pokemons

I’m with Andy. Some candies are good to catch the underleveled pokemon up, but don’t abuse it imo. It won’t be fun to trivialize the final challenge of the game.

I think if you all decide to go the rare candies route, you should set some rules so that you don't trivialize the end of the game. Put a max level, like 60, that you can level up using them. And/or have a max number that you can use on a single pokemon.

Why is Kevin saying that Nuzlockers always cheat and add a ton of rare candies and that it’s a “thing”?? I can assure you that’s not true haha. Nuzlockes exist as a challenge to make an easy game more challenging. Cheating to make it easy again doesn’t make any sense lol That being said, do what you guys want to! It’s just definitely not a thing

Using rare candies is definitely a "thing" just look at Pokemon Challenges, which is probably the most prominent nuzlocking channel on KZbin. He does it because he can just grind exp on level 2s to avoid losing something while leveling, but that makes terrible content and is a waste of time. I think he's used level limits since before he used rare candies but regardless it's a check to ensure he doesn't abuse them.

I think you're better off evolving dratini/dragonair and getting wing attack because it's the only STAB move dragonite learns and you can just buy the hyper beam TM at the store and teach it to dratini whenever you want
