After one hell of a ride, Nick says a final goodbye to Rev3Games before embarking on his next gaming journey.

A year ago, Rev3Games was pretty much the best gaming channel on KZbin. It had everything: well-written reviews, funny segments, interesting discussions, interviews with people from the industry. Despite many people quitting and moving to other projects, your work still looked very promising. And then this happens. It's really sad to see this great channel go down a realize that we'll probably never see such an amazing team of great people working together ever again. Farewell, Rev3Games. You may be dead, but you'll always be in our hearts (and we can always re-watch the videos, so that's neat).

The day Adam left, I knew in less than a year rev3 would shit the bed.... And here it is. I feel really bad over the situation, but Rev3 took numerous horrid marketing decisions.... One of those decisions of trying to be a let's play channel more and more. Shit I can't remember when that last time rev3 brought us any kind of gaming news like they used to.... It was always let's plays or some info on an upcoming release, "which was rare in itself".

It's been such a joy to watch everyone who's worked on R3G and DTOID since I fell over you guys doing a Borderlands 2 preview. You guys made some of the coolest, dumbest and some of my favourite videos on KZbin. You also inspired me to make my own gaming channel and to make it something fun and something worth watching. It's really heartbreaking to see the channel and more importantly the people who worked on it go, but all I can say is that you guys made something really special and I hope you enjoy doing whatever's down the road for you. It's only a matter of time before Tara leaves as well, and then what happens to this channel? Eventually they'll have to shut it down. Sad to see it fall apart like this since it used to be my favorite gaming channel, but you've gotta do what you gotta do. I feel like there must be some underlying reason why so many people left in such a short amount of time and it sucks that no one on the inside seems willing to let us know what that reason is.

This is so sad. I just finished watching Tara's goodbye video where she says Rev3Games is closing down. Nick, I know I already said it before, but I'll say it again: I'm really sorry for picking on you some videos ago. After I got over my own pettiness, I actually realized YOU were the one who made the most effort (at least hosting-wise) to save this channel, and you were pretty good at it, too. I'm sorry the channel failed, but you guys tried. Good luck with whatever you decide to try after moving on from Rev3! When you said you weren't sure what to do next, I was going to say you should start your own independent gaming channel where you can get away with more things, but I guess you're already doing that. I subbed. I look forward to seeing more of the same people...except Cisco. Cisco is bad news. One of the most high profile games of the year, Alien: Isolation, was wasted on an uninteresting gameplay video with that madafadagundamstyle. I discovered Rev3Games early last year back when Adam Sessler was still around and I have to admit, even after he left, this channel has been my favourite on KZbin by a wide margin. There are so few legitimately good and journalistic gaming KZbin channels and Rev3Games represents a shining example of how to put journalistic principles to use when covering video games. It's deeply saddens me to see this channel go but I will continue to support the people who made it so special in any way I can.
