Man it’s been years since lv been hitting the weights and/or followed any fitness channels until very recently and this felt refreshing. Kinda like when I used to watch Rich Piana, Calum, Kai and kali muscle. There were more names but point is every single channel has changed a lot in recent years. Rich is gone, Kai hasn’t competed in forever, Kali has prioritized his health and down sized and his content isn’t only training related.(not saying that’s a bad thing it’s just different from what it used to be.) Not sure what Bradlys channel is about anymore.. and Calum needs a full year away from bad luck. It’s nice to see genuine content of a day in the life and your other videos are straight up training in the gym which is awesome. No one’s content is like this anymore. New sub. Keep it up bro!
