30 minutes in is so true. Nobody talks about how hard the eating is. I talk to a lot of guys/kids at the gym that claim to be eating consistent and getting X amount of calories and they are never close to what they claim. Once I tell them to get a good scale and start measuring things out, they usually fall off the bandwagon quick, complain they are full and bloated all the time and so on. Eating is not fun, nor easy when it's a job and you eat for function not pleasure.

Great content Nick, a suggestion though, think about a dogs natural diet. Canines have not evolved much digestion wise, and therefore still have a similar stomach as their ancestors. They do not naturally harvest and and cook grains or carbohydrates and therefore do not process them well. Please do not give your dog rice or carbohydrate based dog foods, it could lead to chronic inflammation and a myriad of problems down the road. Your dog should be eating a dog food with no carbs (many cheap options these days) and if you want to give him treats give him protein (steak, chicken) or fats (raw or uncooked eggs ect). Really enjoying your diet content, thank you.
