In this episode of Power Hour, we reveal that Nick Walker and Giles Thomas are on speaking terms again after a couple years, discuss Angela Yeo's stunning upset over reigning 4X Ms. Olympia and 4X Rising Phoenix champion Andrea Shaw last weekend at the Rising Phoenix, and compare 90's Shawn Ray to 2023 Keone Pearson to determine whether or not Shawn would indeed be the 212 Olympia champ if he were competing today.

Andrea shouldn’t have lost but to be honest this does make the woman’s show more interesting. Angela looks amazing her conditioning looks great. I’m not angry she won.

Did you guys completely missed the Martian in your top 10 Olympia placings? Those aren't even close to Shawn Ray's best comparison photos. I think his 93 Olympia or 92 Helsinki were probably his best which would have destroyed Keon's muscle quality. Although I do agree with Ron Harris Keon has a better total frame structure. Keon's pecs, shoulders and hamstrings don't have the detail or density that Shawn Ray did. I was at that 93 Olympia Shawn was a freak plus that gap in Keon's abs really hinder his physique.

If they put everything in the glutes then the glutes will be lumped up. Where are they supposed to put everything? Unfortunately there is going to be inflammation when they pin as often as they have to

Not in the side delts!!!!! It looks terrible. With a green pin (1.5”) deep in the glutes.
