I think an interesting topic would be how aging affects the body and why it gets more difficult to maintain and build the physique as we get older. What exactly happens to the bones, muscles, metabolism Etc. Etc. Break it down to us scientifically.

most people don’t realize that Ronnie had injured his back before he even started bodybuilding at all, and that injury progressed throughout his career over time, and was not caused by his actual insane training itself. @@Korksbebig mike literally dumb played greg doucettes advice on training because he sees him as "intelectually" or "academically" inferior, mike literally was yawning and grasping for air during their interview when gregg was displaying his point of view... thats arrogance and very dissrespectfull and pretentious, and my point was that mike disappraciates an argument based on who it comes from, in this case it was gregg, a merely IBFF pro that has only a masters degree and not a phd as mike shitsrael

@@andygarcia4497 Greg is an incredibly cocky individual with also disrespectful tendencies, he openly mocks Dr. Mike and insults him while enjoying infamy. The two of them don't get along well, so that is a very specific example when those two already go at each other. That's not surprising, Greg is wrong on many occasions pro or not he isn't all knowing and loves drama. He's way more disrespectful to others in the fitness community and this is well known. If you're a fan fine, but don't be bias to one, it's ignorant. He and Greg though have chimed about what one or the other said and have given credit to each others knowledge so I just don't think you've followed this enough to really see that.

Not everyone is willing to share so generously of themselves and their expertise, especially considering the depth of understanding and knowledge you possess. The fact that you make your content available on youtube shows a genuine desire to contribute to the learning and development of others, something that is incredibly valuable in today’s world. Your ability to explain complex topics in a clear and engaging way allows me as a beginner to the world of bodybuilding to truly appreciate the subject. It’s evident that you care about your audience gaining a deeper understanding, and that’s something I really appreciate. I know there’s a lot of work behind each video you create, and it’s so incredibly generous of you to make this knowledge accessible to everyone. Best real talk I've heard in a long time. How lifters handle the heat at that level, my God this is so true. Genetics are much more than the outward appearance, its health, and the mental. " This stuff can fuck your mind to hell and back". Ronnie was made for this stuff.

Ronnie had one thing that made him the best in the world: passion. No one in bodybuilding had or has more passion for lifting weights than he did.
@BaconManBruh
@BaconManBruh 2 ай бұрын
I disagree respectfully. Jay Cutler was dedicated as they go like Jay is made to be MrOlympia but Ronnie existed and that's just how realistic you can put it. Even if you are passionate you won't get to the top till the other dude leaves that spot and it's not about you didn't train hard enough and it's more of it's just not your time yet. Ronnie had his PRIMETIME moment, then Jay Cutler and they are both made for primetime like AListers. You can have all the passion in the world but you have to be realistic about it and i believe thats why Jay went head to head with Ronnie back in the day, Jay didn't drop that hat and kept at it even if he kept losing and then his time came and dominated. Whose better? Depends, prime Jay was a monster, prine Ronnie was a master and for me i can't even decide who would win if they were both on their prime.
@etrephesm
@etrephesm 2 ай бұрын
No one knows whos more passionate. Hook them up to lie detectors, and they will (likely) both truthfully state, that, they themselves are the most passionate. I have a simpler explanation; Ronnie has superior genetics, he can put on more mass than most elite athletes, natural and enhanced. Passion ≠ time in the gym. Someone like, Jay Cutler, would have to do more work, and more drugs, in order to compete with Ronnie.
@dogeking3432
@dogeking3432 2 ай бұрын
Yeah.. I respectfully disagree with you though. Ronnie is 9 years older than Jay. Jay obviously loves the sport, just as much as Ronnie. But to say he was MORE passionate is certainly unfounded. It’s only natural Jay eventually surpassed Ronnie, but even Jay recounts stories of Ronnie and other top bodybuilders, and how Ronnie just loved bodybuilding, while it was definitely a chore for many.

Honestly a lot of strongman training is just lifting heavy stuff to show you can do it. There is technique to it but not much science. Which is by no means a bad thing, it’s one of my favourite things to watch.

@@LucLB01 tbh thats why i want to see an rp vid on it. I want to know what their thoughts are on trainning, and how it could be improved using a more scientific approach. I saw Ronnie in Birmingham in 2013/2014 (don't remember the exact year) when he was still massive during a bodybuilding expo. Even though he was off season - had stoppped competing - he really stood apart from the rest of the bodybuilders that were there and almost all of them were competing. He was the definition of a MASSIVE human being, I couldn't believe how big he was. His head was so tiny compared to this body and width in general.
