Pls don't... Unless you are an absolute advanced lifter. I wish he would put a word of caution on his vids not to copy cus if you fail doing this you will absolutely destroy your resting leg.

Duuuude you are a beast! Wish I had you strength but Im slowly progressing. I lost 100 pounds of body fat in 1.5 years and now Im all about building muscle and strength. I even bought meal plan from Next Level Diet just to be sure my diet is on point. I believe in myself!

When you say 2 sets is that just 2 sets total or 2 working sets? If its working sets, what do you do for feeder sets rep wise. Thanks for the awesome content with your channel and the pod cast

Feeder sets just priming the 1st top set, e.g. if Sir Nicholas does a 5 plate squat top set, he might do a few reps at 3 plates then a couple at 4 plates to prime himself for the top set of 5 plates without fatiguing himself to much in the feeder sets before it

You should work on your depth of the squat. Maybe reduce weight but with correct form. Give it a try
