you are right.. best arms on a white guy in history... correct also second to only ronnie as of now overall and you need to remember he is NOT on tren ace... this should or any exotics.. this should tell you just HOW GOOD HE IS.. this is something out of this world.. i NEVER seen a 28 year old white guy with better arms.. this is really reaching ronnie level.. he and ronnie will fight for first spot.. he surpassed lee priest though quality wise...which is A BIG DEAL!

I usually never make comments but thank you for making an arm day vid! Everyone can learn something from seeing how you hit those muscles perfectly. I really admire the form you have on all the excersises. Plus your arms can never be too big in my opinion so keep hitting them hard (even though i believe they couldnt possibly get any bigger haha).

Completely agree brother ….. I generally hit 3/4 movements per body part , 13-15 reps , 3 sets . Focus on time under tension and full range of movement of the muscle and don’t worry about maxing the weight . Rep to failure can cause injury and exhaust the muscle . Perfect routine Nick … Keep up all the great content !

It was an excellent video and your advice is excellent. I used to train too heavy so I lowered the weight concentrated on form with higher reps and started growing again. And I never went back to training crazy heavy like that again. It makes no sense when your bicep curl becomes a whole body workout. Lower the freaking weight and concentrate on the biceps only!

I know you can’t do it at the gym,but at home I use the rack on the preacher curl to start/finish skull crushers. Skull crushers are probably the best tricep exercise, but just like cable push downs, it is easy to use bad form. I will say that the larger bumper plates that are 10, 15, 25 work great for skull crushers as they are easer to drop behind the bench or grab.
