I will forever love the Chipmunks and Chippettes cause Jesse McCartney voices Theodore. People need to give Jesse his flowers: he’s unproblematic, he has no drama, he sings, he nails every role he’s in whether he’s acting or voice acting ~ and most people don’t even know he plays major characters like Roxaus in KingdomHeart, Terrance in Tinkerbell, Robin in Young Justice, the Emo in Hortons Hears a Who, etc ~ and he’s happily married to his wife in a healthy relationship. This man was easily a crush of mine for over a decade.

"is this what would go on to become kpop boy bands" as a certified kpop stan, there is the vaguest similarity. however the kpop industry as we know it started like 15 years before this movie came out. i don't want to do a whole impromptu essay, but even the earlier kpop songs were better than these- i can think of into the new world and gee by girls generation, which also came out in 2007, and replay by shinee, which was released in 2008.
