Really made the job of a learning cook a lot more easier. Bro. Thank you. I have been cooking for Teen Challenge, which is a faith based drug, alcohol, and behavioral recovery program. I never thought that I would be in the kitchen. However, after seeing the joy that people experience over a simple meal, I had it on my heart to pursue this further. This video is helpful in so many ways. Thank you. *edit* I personally stuggled for many years with addictions and depressions that destroyed my life. But cooking... it's indescribable. ...People go through a lot of hardships in life. Sometimes, all you need is a heartfelt meal to help get you through. You have provided this here. Thanks

@@nanolathe1193 Being a chef is something earned. It means you have a good flavor palate and you can manage and support your people. @@nanolathe1193 From what I have observed, you have to meet some measures. You have to have a good flavor palate for food. You have to have spent time in kitchens and gained bona fide cred. This video is great. I also agree with the one knife in the drawer, I only use a chef's knife but after moving back to Cambodia, I found myself attached to the cleaver because the weight helps with the momentum of the chops, very versatile in my opinion! - Spanish - French - Chinese - Khmer - Thai - Vietnamese - Burmese - etc.
