Bro. Thank you. I have been cooking for Teen Challenge, which is a faith based drug, alcohol, and behavioral recovery program. I never thought that I would be in the kitchen. However, after seeing the joy that people experience over a simple meal, I had it on my heart to pursue this further. This video is helpful in so many ways. Thank you. *edit* I personally stuggled for many years with addictions and depressions that destroyed my life. But cooking... it's indescribable. ...People go through a lot of hardships in life. Sometimes, all you need is a heartfelt meal to help get you through. You have provided this here. Thanks

I was actually cooking while watching this video and the tip for washing cast-iron pan is really helpful because I have to clean my brother‘s cast-iron pan.
