I love my friends and I know they're forgetful... but we all agreed to go to a show together and they asked me to buy all the tickets so they'd be together. And I did, but the show was almost a month ago and no one's paid me back. I'm out $650 and I'm a university student, but so are they. Talking about money is hard. That's the point I'm trying to make. The situation with Duncan in the first episode (Pheobes “husband”) they were doing a parallel for when someone realizes they are gay and comes out. He wasn’t doing it maliciously, he just realized who he is and who he is attracted to later in life. Sexuality is a spectrum and it’s not like he was doing anything to lead her on purpose. It was a funny take on someone coming out as straight.

i’m 100% on chandlers side. If they don’t want them to pay for their tickets as a nice gesture and don’t want to pay for it themselves THEN that IS their issue. they tried their best to help their friends and they got it thrown back in their face because of their ego. i honestly think the easiest solution is just people pay for what they buy. The birthday thing is also solved by what nick said, the others have more money so it’s easier for them to chip in a lil more with stable high paying jobs. Money in friendships are only complicated if you let it be. I’ve never had issues with my friends because we were always the type to buy each other something on a whim and would loan each other money whenever needed because we’d both do the same thing

"you chose not to go" yeah yall dont get it. Id rather sit at home every day while my friends are having fun than them giving me stuff for pity, Id feel like Im taking advantage of them and it does make me feel like less of a person. I know most people would be okay with their friends buying them tickets but I wouldnt. I dont even feel okay buying stuff for myself bc I feel too guilty, I dont want other people's money and I dont want to be a bother... and mostly I dont want them giving me "gifts" only after I complained bc they never payed attention to my situation or life. If you didnt grow up scared if u had enough for food.. I dont think u get it. If you have friends and some of them are broke just chill at home, go on a walk, go for maybe a coffee... the people ure with are the important part, not the money.

Hello Nick, I know how busy you are, especially with Cody on all the new shows, but I want to recommend something new for you: How to Train Your Dragon, the shows. You haven't reacted to them and they're so rare to find reactors too. I've checked and a LOT, LOT of people want to see it and wanted to see you react! People watch the movies out of order: the 2nd and 3rd movies come after the series! If you're interested in doing this, I suggest looking up the timeline for How to Train Your Dragon. Decent batch of eps... Rachel was a bit annoying to get upset Ross and Julie when she had Paolo and Barry! She was kinda cruel giving him bad advice. "If I'm going down I'm taking everybody with me." LOL The argument about money was tough, but I understand the three that don't want to go out as much more than chandler/ross/monica because when you don't have money it can be really tough to spend it willy nilly like that. Chandler/Joey losing Ben, omg horrible! I did like their interactions in this episode though and everyone thinking they were a couple. What if they had taken the wrong kid home though like wtf.

This episode where everyone gets offended cuz their insecure about their financial situation is always had mixed reactions form people on YT. I’m supinated a lot of people didn’t see Rachel Joey and Phoebe just being overly insecure and not blame Monica chandler and Ross. I mean they did offer to take them out and pay for them and even bought tickets so they can all enjoy the concert together. Plus they have a great group of friends that’s kind and generous and understanding had they VERBALIZED their insecurities earlier instead of acting like their friend was trying to offend them or belittle them on any way. But it’s still funny 😂😂😂
